I don't know who this "we" is, you're referring to. Deals are made using whichever means is available. GMs and team officials move at their pace; never at the pace a fan predicts.

The Rangers play again Tuesday night. Should a move take place within the next 24 hours, we (fans) will be made aware of it when they are ready to..and not before.

Has it occurred to anyone that we may be moving a player that we don’t want to try to put through waivers when nylander comes back? That certainly seems to make more sense. Might explain all the scouts at Toronto’s last game too... they certainly were not scouting nylander.
