This looks like it has the potential to be a very good hockey team. unfortunately the price of 2 first rounders is a huge amount to give away (especially with an expansion draft around the corner). Also I don't think Duchene settle for less than what Draisatl got. which means you got to shed Russels contract to make space for Duchene.

Thanks for your analysis. Good RHD are probably the rarest commodity in hockey and fetch a kings ransom. I suspect this would be the case for Parayko.

As for Duchene, if his price on 8.5 M I’d pay it. Then I’d trade the rights to Reider for a cheaper option on the third line.
