then take out Hallander. I think Hudon and Scheberk for Hagelin and Sprong is fair value. Even though Hagelin contract is terrible. but it is for one year so oh well.

I think MTL should just do a 1 for 1 deal. Sherbek for Sprong. both are struggling prospects.
Both players have good upside

agreed but not sure Pitts agrees to this one... Scherbak would certainly benefits being mentored by Malkin.

I'll give you Sprong for both Hudson and Scherbak. Hallander is not even in the discussion if these are the two going the other way.

I really like the trade as a habs fan but PIT overpays. I would do it even without Hallander. Sprong has more value than Scherbak (being a year younger) and although Hagelin has a terrible contract, it's only for a year and his speed would be a good fit in our line-up. Hudon creates chances but never finishes.
