Why not? three roster players, two of them being young prospects that have struggled but once had high ceilings and a veteran one a one year deal. Also a first round pick just outside the top 10.

BUF got two decent roster players, a good prospect. a first and a second. I believe they wanted to get some experienced players to replace O'Reilly's spot in the team... In the trade you offered, you're giving them some value, but no experience...except Spezza, who had the worst season of his career and also had his value decreasing dramatically.

I like it. Even if only one of Honka or Gurianov pans out, you still have pick 13 and Spezza, who's actually having a decent year. nice deal
