Description

12 points in 8 games...... man this dude is a glorified 4th liner with 0 talent. Why doesn’t the nhl throw him out of the league. “Now that he can’t run people I bet his game will suck”

Anyone want to admit he’s a good hockey player.....like top line quality? Hmmm

Oh yeah caps are 7-1 since Wilson’s returned and during that time they have been missing Oshie kuzy and Orpik.

A little premature but this is what happens when you give a talented player top line minutes.

He’s done well since coming back. I hold my breathe every time he forechecks haha

oh and i think his suspension in pre season in a pile of bulls**t, once i seen the play i was like 5 games max, but nooooooooooo, hes gotten a supsension before lets give him raffi torres treatment

Oh I completely agree. I mean he is a repeat offender I figured 10 games max! Wilson also gets garbage calls on him. He scored a goal and got a goalie interference call this year. That’s litterally impossible.

I will fully admit I didn't not see this coming. I thought that contract would look terrible by the end of the season.

Still needs to learn what a legal hit is, but he's one of the better power forwards in the league.

Okay...... you realize at this rate he would have 36 points? Not even close? I’ll check back In after this season ha

I’d say he’s one of the best power forwards in the nhl and a last of a dying breed. But hey everyone has an opinion

He's certainly been awesome for us so far. It's still to early to say that it's a good contract, but the early results are promising. I like what I'm seeing, but I'd like to see him go at about a 60 point pace before I start defending the contract completely.

He was playing 4th line minutes for the majority of his career but again we’ll see what happens. But as it stands right now he’s looking really good. Don’t forget the caps are playing without kuzy and Oshie also

The people calling him a fourth liner were just upset because of his style (and he's not on their team lmao). It was on display in the playoffs that he can play on the first line in a complementary role.

Every teams needs/wants a Wilson type, I'd take him on my team. Enjoy him while you can, cause you know his next suspension will be a doozy (when, not if). Will be interesting to see in 6 long years, if he's done more good than bad. Against us and on highlights, he's still a loose cannon; running goalies, late hits...
