Backstroms contract at the time he was signed wasnt a steal so i wouldnt put him up here, what i mean, is he was signed in 2010 or 2011 where the cap was lower than it is today, where the next closest one is i think Bergeron in 2014 where the cap was higher. maybe Domi would be a better choice.
just a small tweak, other than that looks good m8

Scheifele, Hall, and Kucherov. Dubnyk, Bishop, Vasilevskiy, or Andersen should go over Raanta IMO. I love the idea. Arvidsson's is the biggest forward steal ever. A 65+ point scorer signed at half his value all the way through his prime years until he's 30.

Look at his season by season stats and then try and tell me it's not a steal. He should easily be making 8-8.5 right now

How on earth do you possibly compare forwards to a goalie?

well if you look in the comment i made, i mentioned comparing to the rest of those players, they were all signed within the past few years, where backstrom was signed 8 years ago. and in that case id say crosby is more of a steal then backstom. when you say a steal that means he couldve gotten paid more, backstrom got paid what he was worth back when he was signed

You can't. Scheifele, Hall, and Kucherov were listed there at the beginning as forwards that I thought should be on the list. Dubnyk, Vasilevskiy, Bishop, and Andersen were suggestions to replace Raanta.
