I disagree with you sir - being Marc Bergevin, I wouldn't even accept that trade. You're giving away future prospects (lots of them) and draft picks for a guy who can just walk 3 months later. No thank you! Not in a rebuilding situation!

I'd rather overpay him come summer time and keep my prospects!

A few teams have big cap space - Honnestly I can see him sign somewhere like New Jersey to play with Taylor Hall or even Colorado to play with Mackinon and Rantanen... Can you imagine that line...

Yeah.... Colombus isn't really a big market I can understand the guy. Did you see what "a big market" did to Max Domi? I really belive it can change a player!
