You forget Kapanen. Leafs will be able to sign everyone. IMO they won't be able to KEEP everyone. Thinking a good player is going have to be traded.

Willy will be traded at the draft, the contract talks by itself big cap hit this year and way less next year so that will help his value after this year because of his contrat who would cost 7.5M annually but because of the day that it as been signed that went down to 6.9

Despite what others say, I agree with you. Can be done quite easily. The loss of Gardiner sucks, but I think is unavoidable.

next years its a 8.3m singing bonus and 700k salary.
If its moved, its after July 1st so like you said, teams can the cap hit and don't have to pay actual money to him. If a team that is fiscal can avoid a 8.3m bonus, they will plan around that
