Even at 50% retained on Seabrook, there is no deal that would interest Pittsburgh without multiple good picks going the other way. Waste of cap space for a team that sits hard against the cap every year. If you want to send Seabrook at 50% (still $3.4M until he is 39 years old) and three unprotected 1st the Pens will send you Chad Ruhwedel. Maybe. Even at 50% retained it would be the worst contract on the Pens.
