Pretty accurate trade values...If i could get Parayko without kyrou for that package I would prefer it

Also i would be reluctant to trade johnsson (or Kapanen for that matter) I think the energy they bring is underrated and if we can get them on good deals, that is what teams with expensive contracts need.

Nope, he’s decent but has a lot of brain farts. He is a very good skate, puck mover and good on pp and in offensive zone.

Value is likely fine but the Flyers decline because we don’t need what is coming back. A 1st rounder minimum for Simmer.

Stl probably has interest in getting something for Pietrangelo, but shipping Kyrou for basically Johnsson in this trade makes no sense at all. Zaitsev's contract isn't good, he adds very little if any value. I don't think you're viewing this from the Stl perspective at all honestly

St Louis says no in an instant. It is good to know that Leaf fans think they can get a top pairing defenceman without giving up anything of significant value

Blues just might not have many trade partners for Pietrangelo. He has a full NTC. And assuming he wants to go to a good team, they likely have cap issues, so money has to returned to the Blues. It not like Pieitangelo has lots of term and he might even be the player he was a few years ago.

Leafs never trade Lil. He is too valuable for an older player who only has 1.5 years left on his contract. Lil has a chance of becoming a top pairing defenceman and is still a teenager. Lil is staying in Toronto. He is too underappreciated here. He is a top prospect

YES IT SHOULD BE BROWN INSTEAD OF JOHNSSON.

People who say things like this are always surprised when an actual trade happens. The values just aren’t shat you think.

Not really, look at what they got for a rental Shattenkirk a couple years ago, two prospects, a first, and two conditional picks. Shattenkirk wasn't as good as Petro, he had less time on his contract and he wasnt being sent with a top prospect.

I just think that if they move Petro other teams would easily be able give them a better package. Liligren is the most attractive piece of that trade but he is still a prospect who is looking like he is gonna be a 4-5 dman.

Blues will be looking for quality not quantity. So they would be looking for an A prospect, a first and a decent roster player. Now I am saying this without knowing what's going on with his injury, that could change things.

Blues got one **** prospects that won’t make the nhl and a first. Malone was filler woukdn’t even Call him a prospect. So at the end of the day . It was a first for shattenkirk as Washington never re-signed. More accurately the got klim kostin for Shatt....

This deal fro Toronto has much better players and a better pick in a better draft.
