These all look fair. You're giving up a lot for limited returns, but you might net a slight increase in offense, if TVR keeps improving his puck movement, and if Kapanen finds chemistry on the Finnish line.

At what point does the hype surrounding this defence lose its luster? Hamilton, Faulk and Pesce are apparently all allstar calibre defenceman and yet they can't do anything to help the team make the playoffs. I know there will be comments about goaltending and a lack of scoring, to that I will say the Leafs apparently have an average goalie and the leagues worst defence and yet.....
