Wait. If the Blues pick is in the top 10 in 2019 then Chicago gets it otherwise they don't? Normally lottery protection works the other way.

yeah st louis passes. Keith is done and he still has 5 years and with st louis maybe rebuilding doubt they would risk it, he also is like jeff carter can **** any team if he chooses to retire early. No team will take him on without gaining assets.
