Arizona laughs at you and quickly accepts before you realize what little value you got back for a young player that has the potential to be a consistent 20 goal scorer. Unless your a Coyotes fan hiding through a Caps lineup, this offer is ridiculously bad.

Burakovsky and Lewington might be worth Connauton, Crouse, Richardson?

Crouse takes a lot of penalties, but is waiver exempt this season, if they're dumb penalties. I think there's a tendency to overvalue him by draft position. He's 21, with 20 pts, -24, and 104 pim in 116 NHL games. Good skater, agile, but the offense isn't working for him, and he's undisciplined. Burakovsky, at 23, with 128 points...

Burakovsky is a fringe NHLer, he's been a healthy scratch a lot this season, Crouse is solid, plus minus is a bull stat, and Crouse also doesn't play with Ovi or Kuznetzov like Burakovsky often does, this trade is about fair imo

Google isn't finding me either. Burakovsky and Kuznetsov played really well together in 15-16, but since Kuznetsov was a rookie and Burakovsky wasn't, I'd credit Burakovsky and Justin Williams for helping Kuznetsov adjust to the NHL.

He got one secondary assist from Backstrom this year. His primary assists have come from Kempny, Eller, Niskanen, and Dowd?

That suggests he's been a bottom six player who can carry the puck end to end, which matches what I've seen. I think with Grabner out, Burakovsky brings similar speed and skill.

... until Coyote fans realize that all Burakovsky brings is mid level offense potential, and when he doesn't bring the offense he is a complete waste of a uniform.

Arizona would never do this deal. Lifetime Caps fan recently relocated to Phoenix. They love Connauton and Panik. Caps are also loaded on LHD unless they want a rental.
