I do think Bjork would play right away for the Blues, Frederic could be a future middle six forward and a STL native, and Urho is a former top 20...... plus the picks. I was using the Duchene trade as a model to an extent for a quanity based trade, although retaining salary is supposed to make it more enticing.

You cant retain on that many players at a time. I don't think u can retain for some years and not others. That's not enough for O'Reilly, Tarasenko, Schwartz, or Schenn

You titled this a "firesale," yet you keep Petro, Parayko, Steen, and Gunnarsson. All four of these would bring quite a bit. If you sent Tarasenko to Boston for that package, you would be arrested as soon as you crossed Skinker Road (St. Louis city limit for anyone unfamiliar with the STL).

With the Tarasenko trade and retained salary, I thought that couldn't change year to year. Can a team retain salary for only a couple of years?
