Description

Bergevin likes to make significant moves in the offseason and since his plan is always confusing, he’ll come up with a trade where he sends out a young promising forward in Lehkonen for a LD on a long term contract in Fowler. Plus, signing an aging Zuccarello to a long term deal wouldn’t surprise anyone. And there goes the cap room! (By the way Bergevin did a good job this offseason with his moves)

Shaw on 4th line. And all the habs fans telling me to give them debrincat AND a first to get Shaw back to Chicago. Not gonna happen. And need to put Shaw at least on 3rd line. Good grab tho on Fowler and Zuccarello. Good team overall

What do you think it would take to make it happen? Maybe Jake Evans instead of Vejdemo ?

Fowler wont waive for Montreal, He and his Wife love it there in Southern California. And it would take far more then that. Not sure the Habs have the pieces.

Instead of trading for Fowler I would wait to make a offer to Gardiner since he's a UFA this summer.

He would be a good option and I’m pretty sure the Habs will be suitors for him, but Bergevin should be very careful on the salary and the term so I don’t think he would be able to do this in the free agent frenzy
