For Edmonton all of them. A small trade becomes big when it improves the team.

Kings gonna decline. Kovalchuk hasn’t been a world beater but he is atleast useful and his contract is much shorter than lucic.

Kolvie never should have came back, you could argue he was HOF material before this come back, he had 400+ goals in 800+ games and averaged a point per game. But coming back to be a 35-40 point guy is ruining anyone's memory of him. He final NHL games were him and the Devils Cinderella run to the Cup which he actually played well. Now he'll go out the same way Lindros did, a laughable 3 final seasons.

oh I agree... but sometimes the chance for a cup run is too alluring. He chose the wrong team though...

He wanted a big pay check and warm weather, should have found a way to sign with Tampa. Even if he had signed for 1-2 million and played poorly but won his Stanley Cup ring, he could retire and sit back and wait for his HOF induction.

San Jose wouldn’t of been a bad choice either if he wanted west coast.
