As a Rangers fan I like it.

Vlad has been underrated by a lot lately, mostly due to his slow start in NY and lack of points, but he has been one of their best forwards the past few weeks and is probably their best penalty killer.

Avs laugh and hang up the phone. They are not trading their top prospects, Friedman just said it on HNIC the other night. That is not what they are interested in doing.
Rangers fans need to get a grip on this site

You need to get a grip on this site! Your constant complaining of Rangers fans trade ideas is becoming extremely annoying. You should complain less about the Rangers fans and consentrate more on not over valuing your opinion.

LOL - This trade isn't that uneven especially considering Timmins is significantly hurt and may never play on the same level again. Besides that fact he is still an unproven PROSPECT. Other than that, BOTH kreider and Vlad are signed this year and next. Lastly, this trade would allow COL to keep OTT's 1st - that is better than all three pieces COL will give up in this trade.

The fact that when you take the stance to try to diminish the value of Timmins bc he had a concussion issue, just shows how bad the trade is and just another Rangers fans thinking that their over valued players will gain Multiple Top prospects from a team.

Delusional....1.5 years of Kreider of 6-7 years of Kaut. Do you not understand thats why Avs aren't training their top prospects. When hockey insides just recently said the exact same thing that they are not interested in short term players.

Ranger fans keep not trying to trade with the Avs and are just ignoring actual facts and you fan bases trades are getting worse and worse and worse

Colorado is coming into a cap crunch. Next year they will have to pay Mikko at the very least Nylander money. They will have to pay Kerfoot and Zadorov more as well. Jost the year after that. Their window can still be this year and certainly next year before they have a cap crunch.

Timmins injury history diminishes his trade value. That's just a fact. As a Ranger fan I am hesitant to invest so much on Zibby because of his concussion history.

And Kreider isn't over valued - he's netting a 1st + A prospect where ever he is traded to considering he has a1.5 years left at only 4.25 million. Once again, Kaut is just a prospect and theres no guarantee that he has a better career than Kreider.

Avs are not in a cap crunch, you are very out touch when it come to the make up of the Avs roster. And "IF" they were in a cap crunch, you dont trade high end prospects on ELCs for players a 1 year out to UFA with heavier cap hits.

Your logic is so backwards, just shows your lack of knowledge on this one. Yes lets trade 925k players who would be fighting for rosters spots for 8m worth of guys who are both UFAs after next season. Thats just terrible asset management.

COL will be the next EDM with this attitude. They can make these trades and still be set for the future. 1st overall pick, Makar possibly playing next year. Window is next year or else they become EDM

The fact that you say COL will be the next Edmonton just shows how clueless you are when it comes to the current stat of the Avs roster, their pipeline, their cap space etc. You are trying to argue that one of the youngest teams in the league with a bright future should start trading it away now, over paying on expiring contract players who wouldn't be part of the core, and just are fillers.

Thats how you become Edmonton by moving young assets trying to force to win before you are set in place. The oilers wish they were in the same place that the Avs are right now.

Rangers fans are so desperate and delusional on this site, get out of your own market for once and wake up

That shows how little you know about hockey. If the window is one season then your franchise is already as screwed as the Rags!
