You can only offer Panarin 7 years, And by all accounts the Rangers are the prohibitive favorites to sign him this summer.

as a canes fan I hope Ferland signs for 2.6 but I can't see that happening. also what he said about Faulk for Kapanen except I think Faulk straight up for Kapanen is fair
