The Bruins already have the best two-way center. They don't need to make a trade to acquire him. He's under contract already.

They are completely wrong. If you have a chance to get o’reilly You take it. It makes us a little younger at Center and gives us an option to trade Krejci for some value. I would try to do it though by taking one of Miller, JFK or Stud our of the equation.

Boston and St.Louis both say no imo. I think Blues are about to hit their hot point. I think they should keep O'Reilly for that point. If Blues move anyone to Boston they are going to want Vaak.

Vaak isnt available and only fans would think that's the only piece STL wants.

I'm not a fan, but they only want really good Defensive Prospects in this case that is Saint Louis's best choice of prospects if they were to make a trade with Boston.

Are they going full rebuild? Seems like they would want some NHL ready/proven d-men, no?

Either way Boston has Lauzon/Zboril who could be option. Vaak is viewed as McAvoy's future partner on the top pairing though

Yeah, but if they are giving up the teams best performing player you are going to have to replan that with someone else. IMO if they trade one of the core players it's going full rebuild mode which would mean Vaak is probably the way to go. Now if it's something where they can retool by you guys giving them young and good talent then by all means I think that might be more beneficial for them to keep the window open, but as of right now if they trade Tarasenko, O'Reilly, Parayko, or Pietrangelo it's probably because they are going full on rebuild mode.
