Hayes will cost a 1st & a prospect as rental. Perrault worth almost nothing. A 3rd round pick to a team who needs a bottom 6 forward

3rd would be a conditional pick likely, but wasn't sure how the conditions applied?

Perreault is another zucc....Zucc is a UFA who will be traded...This is ok, except NYR pick needs to be a 7th rounder or something and the Jets as a 2nd

What I am trying to say, if WPG want Hayes as a rental, it will cost a 1st pick + ( option ) - Niku - Vesaleinen - Roslovic - Stanley + petans . You need to trade Perrault ex : to Arizona for a 3rd pick

Vesaleinen could be involved, maybe include Stanley and a pick in the deal just for Hayes alone. The pick won't be a 1st though, more likely a 2nd or 3rd based on the prospects going out.

No prospects like those will be involved unless its a blockbuster. Rentals dont get those returns
