Team: 2018-19 Minnesota Wild
Initial Creation Date: Jan. 16, 2019
Published: Jan. 16, 2019
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Yeah IDC, criticize it

Yes The wild is a playoff team! But for how long?
I think its time to start trading there main guys. Before they start to decline while ageing, anyone understands me?
Trades
1.
MIN
  1. Dahlén, Jonathan
  2. Juolevi, Olli
  3. 2019 6th round pick (OTT)
  4. 2020 2nd round pick (VAN)
Additional Details:
Joulevi is the only play from the 2016 top 10 player who hasn't play in the nhl! So who knows if he can be a nhl player! So his i assume his value is not that high...
But some canucks fan may say no, cause they over value there players but we all do right?
VAN
  1. Parise, Zach ($2,550,000 retained)
Additional Details:
Vancouver can use a 2nd liner, since they don't have one other than 3rd liners or 4th, only 1st liner and its brock boeser
2.
MIN
  1. Ronning, Ty
  2. Strome, Ryan ($500,000 retained)
  3. 2020 6th round pick (NYR)
Additional Details:
Strome is practically a bust... so he aint has much value, and coyle is a upgrade of strome
NYR
  1. Coyle, Charlie ($1,500,000 retained)
Additional Details:
Coyle is having a tough season i believe, so it will be hard to get something good out of him, maybe a 3rd and 5th MAYBE...
3.
MIN
  1. Batherson, Drake
  2. Ryan, Bobby ($2,500,000 retained)
Additional Details:
Lets just say Bobby Ryan, accepts to waive his NMC, or NTC to be traded as Ottawa gets a pretty good left winger as they can have Stone, Duchene, and Zucker as a 1st line
4.
MIN
  1. Brassard, Derick ($1,500,000 retained)
  2. Lafferty, Sam
  3. 2019 7th round pick (VGK)
  4. 2021 3rd round pick (PIT)
Additional Details:
Pens have been rumored or its true that they are shopping Derrick Brassard

7th round pick of 2019 becomes a 6th round pick if Brassard plays a full season
PIT
  1. Fehr, Eric
  2. Koivu, Mikko ($500,000 retained)
5.
MIN
  1. Tennyson, Matt
  2. 2020 2nd round pick (BUF)
Additional Details:
Sabres can use a centre... middlestate however you spell it, only has like what 14 pts in 46 something games, he isn't 2nd line worthy yet, so put Eric Staal into that 2nd line role...
6.
MIN
  1. Bear, Ethan
  2. Puljujärvi, Jesse
  3. Yamamoto, Kailer
  4. 2019 1st round pick (EDM)
  5. 2020 2nd round pick (EDM)
  6. 2020 6th round pick (EDM)
EDM
  1. Suter, Ryan ($538,462 retained)
Additional Details:
Ryan Sutter is a great defence man and the oilers could use a top 2 dman
7.
MIN
  1. Elliott, Brian
  2. Frost, Morgan
  3. Zamula, Yegor
  4. 2019 4th round pick (PHI)
  5. 2020 1st round pick (PHI)
  6. 2021 2nd round pick (PHI)
Additional Details:
They can use a Netminder like dub here.. since they have most of there goalies injured i believe, which made them call up Carter Hart! Cool right and hes like a stud! But him and dub can make them a serious contender
PHI
  1. Dubnyk, Devan
Additional Details:
Dub can get traded if he wants to make it to the ploffs.. as the wild go hard into rebuild
8.
VAN
  1. Dumba, Matt
Additional Details:
Canucks can use him if they really want to MaKe tHe PlAyOfFs!

Yeah Zach Parise isn't leaving his homestate of Minnesota for Vancouver, Let's face facts it isn't happening. And Suters wife is from Minneapolis so he's not waving for Edmonton either.

Edmonton doesn't even look at that deal, sure Suter is good, but he's 33 and they'd be trading potential future forwards and D for a guy with a big contract and aging body.

nyr would probably take coyle in that deal as long as they wont have to retain anything. They may need their last retention of a player during the deadline and wont want to waste it on strome.

Can't see Ottawa retaining ANY of Ryan's salary while still giving up one of their best prospects. They'll pass.

Wow that first Canucks trade is awful. We have 2 centers better than Parise. Parise contract sucks and he isn't good anymore. You guys can keep him.

So, regarding the Rangers deal...

Your team would be better served getting a two-way forward like Namestnikov for Coyle. If there's something missing from the Wild lineup, its a two-way forward who can consistently forecheck and backcheck with speed.

Since both guys are on two-year deals and the difference in cap hits is $800k, this deal could be a fit to both teams.

why would the pens be retaining on brassard?

also the conditional part makes no sense.

Other than that it isn't that bad but kinda confused.
