The Coyotes first round pick could very well be the 1st overall pick, are you sure you want to trade that for Brayden Schenn?! lol

In the West it is anyone's game for a playoff stop... When you're 2 points out and you need that push at the trade deadline you take a chance.

They are playing well right now, 6 wins in their last 10 and they would have won a 7th but for a disallowed goal. If they can keep this up until the trade deadline, they should definitely be buyers since so many Western Conference teams are bad.

I think its a combo of other teams that they play regularly like the Kings, Oilers, and Blackhawks being really terrible, and perhaps finally, after years of striking out in the draft, a handful of young guys are starting to pan out for them. I don't follow them that closely mind you ...
