I've seen worse trades, but Romanov is still at least a year from being available from the KHL, but is likely to follow the Emelin route and stay there until he's 22 or 23.

Habs could pay CSKA to end the Romanov contract... I don't think he will wait, the entry contract stay, so if he come now, he will gets a RFA statue faster

The NHL and KHL don't have a transfer arrangement anymore, so there's no mechanism for doing what you suggest. If he were in the Czech league.....

A lot of clapback on Romanov so instead of replying to all individually, here’s a tweet.

Romanov will come when Bergevin wants him here. Forget contract. Forget KHL. Money talks. When Habs are ready, they’ll pay Russians to release him.

He’s a potential 1-2, so it’s soon.

Noah Juulsen, he is one of those who could do well to rest. Nevertheless, Ron Fournier believes that Juulsen's career could be compromised. As Ron says, the Canadian keeps it secret, we have no details about this injury. The condition of Juulsen is very disturbing, he who was hit twice in the face in November.
Ron speculates: there is concern that a facial nerve may have been reached ... and that his vision could be affected. The man very worried for the rest of his career. A career may not be over, but the possibility that it is no longer good enough to return to the NHL seems likely.
His eye is not yet 100% and despite the rest, the results may be negative and what has been broken in advance may not be fully repaired.
I remind you that on November 19, against the Washington Capitals, Juulsen received the record twice in the face. In early December, he returned to the game with a grid attached to the helmet, to leave for Laval December 17 ... and be on the list of the lame once again.
In short, Ron speculates, so do not go scared either.

That’s a article from DLC( French site) that talk about Noah Juulsen injury.

Even if he is not hurt the flyers won’t accept that bounch of garbage.

I believe the law, which is that Romanov cannot break his contract and the KHL won't allow his team to void the contract while there remains no league-wide deal with the NHL. KHL, not Romanov or CSKA and certainly not the Habs have all the cards in this.

Joel Bouchard speaks of an indefinite absence for Noah Juulsen. He is always evaluated by the Canadian doctors. "There is a lot of unknowns at the moment. We continue to evaluate it. "
