No one is going to take Crawford due to his injuries and Philly would be asking for Dealia

Somehow I think that Hart is the most unreadable player in the league right now. He’s Vezina calibre within one or two years and is only 20. He also has two more years of basically no cap hit. Value is pretty even if Chicago pick is top three, but Hart isn’t going anywhere.

This is a dumb trade for a lot of reasons, but the one I would like to point out to you the most is that the Blackhawks could keep their own pick this year, (possible lottery winner) as well as Philadelphia’s pick (lottery pick) to draft in the top ten twice.

Yeah no way Philly is giving up Stolarz and Hart for an opt injured Corey Crawford. That's terrible for Philly and isn't happening.

So it's a dumb trade and the point that stands out most is that Chicago can keep their own first and still get Philadelphia's?

Philly says hell no. No reason to trade our pick or Hart for assets that are and will probably be worse. Also funny how you put top 10 protection on your pick but not on ours

Are the Flyers in business to make lopsided deals with the Hawks?

nowhere does it say anything about a top 10 or any type of protection clause on the pick. Read carefully

This draft is pretty weak and if you were to read carefully, you would see that the Hawks can opt to keep their pick for this year

I figured PHI would want a proven starter goalie. Delia has been good but I don't know what his true value is at this time. The point of the trade is to make PHI a possible playoff contender

There is a 0% chance Flyers trade Carter Hart, unless Felix Sandstrom is better when he comes over next season.

Common sense would say that the GM doesn't even have to say Hart's name because everyone knows! The only reason he mentioned G is because he has a NMC

Idk why everyone is ignoring the sentence that followed this untouchable quote.... he then said "theres a handful of others that wouldn't make much sense to trade." That applies to guys like Hart, Patrick, and Provorov. We haven't had a legit goalie prospect in a very very long time. Hart isn't going anywhere.

That Flyers trade is almost impossibly bad. There is a 0.000000% chance that Flyers would ever deal Hart, and definitely not for this package.

You said the pick has the same policy as the Ottawa/Colorado trade last year. The pick had top 10 protection lol. Why do you think Ottawa got to keep the pick and differ to this season
