A huge overpayment to Ottawa. This deal makes no sense. Chiasson is having a career year in Edmonton and then you have three seconds PLUS Cam Talbot for a halfway decent UFA in Dzingel. What if Dzingel walks? EDM is better off without him.

Do not understand the Montreal trade. Oilers take on more cap and give up a winger actually playing well and one with potential still.

Way over cap not enough players on forward to much on defense and only one goalie.
