While I think this is good value for Wennberg now...it is low if he returns to form, possibly a risk worth CBJ taking. Interesting.

Tough to see Columbus moving Wennberg, especially if there's little chance that they re-sign Panarin. More likely that they ride Wennberg for another year, and make this type of move next year at this time. Not a big enough return right now.

As for the Duchene trade, I doubt they give what could essentially amount to 3 first rounders (Roslovic, 1st+possibly another 1st), though I don't think there's much chance that they have the room to resign him when Laine is going to get $8+

With Panarin and Bob most likely being traded or simply not resigned, i don't think there is any necessity to move Wennberg. They would rather keep him and try to get him back to form. With Panarin gone, there may be some more ice time to give to others and Wennberg's numbers could improve. If it was me i wouldn't let him go. just yet.

As for Ottawa, the only way to start fresh would be to wholesale trade all the big assets. Having four 1st rounders this year might help make the Hughes pill a little easier to swallow so i say go for it.
