Would ANA consider this

Description
What do you guys think, would ANA want to free some cap space? Perry's very expensive contract is a problem right now - they only have a few bucks of cap space.

definitely interesting. Ana fans would probably say no but they are getting 2 really good forwards on Cap friendly deals

I was tempted to add picks to the mix but I feel like Montreal taking on Perry's contract has a lot of value in this deal.

First person that says no-Bob Murray. Second person that says no-Corey Perry (NMC). Why leave SoCal, where he's played his entire career? Third person that says no-Cam Fowler (NTC with only 4 teams on the list).

Yeah I'm aware of the NMC, just wondering if that would be interesting for both clubs. I also believe that things are so down in ANA right now, maybe these 2 guys would lift their NMC for a fresh start? Maybe not Perry but I can see that happening for Fowler who would then become MTL's top LHD, play on the 1st pair and get quality minutes. Hmmm.

I think Anaheim is probably gonna ride out the year with Perry and Fowler. This year was an anomaly for the Ducks players as all the young players have had their worst years and have decreased every year since RC came back. They're probably gonna wait till next season under a new coach and system to see if their better young players improve. And Perry just has two years left after this and the Ducks don't have any huge contracts coming up in that time, they'll probably just ride it out.

Listen, if I was playing in SoCal, I would ride that contract out till I die. I could careless if the Organization and fan based hate me by the end. I would never leave. and Like i said, I thought they would say no.

I wouldn't trade Fowler for this, Let alone adding Perry. Pure trash.
