If I have to pick one, probably #4. I’m not sure if RNH is the right fit in Minnesota though.

If I was MIN I’d be looking to clear cap space and take a run at Duchene. He’d be the star center this team needs.

Drais is the only player not named McDavid that I'm interested in from EDM.

RNH could work as a bandaide at center, but he's only a slightly better winger than Granny.

Yeah that’s true. I wouldn’t call Hayes a star 1C so I’d probably look to trade for one if Duchene is not an option.
Draisaitl if he can produce without McDavid COULD work.

He might be only slightly better, but he's more versatile, and comes with a better contract situation.

I'm just meh about a Granny RNH swap. The extra year is nice, for sure, but I'm sick of watching Jack of all trades, master of none in Coyle. Yes RNH is a better player, I just don't think he's really that good at center (still better than Coyle). I don't see him being a good fit in BBs system either.

The only thing I don't like about that deal is that they're all UFAs after next season which is risky if we're trading Draisaitl. His contract is looking more of a steal after what Matthews just got and what this year's RFAs are going to get.

I think he'd be a worse fit in NSH's system (it's where MN is headed). I see BB's seat getting hot too.
