Kadri's NTC is for him to choose 1/3 of the League he doesn't like, so trading him is very much do-able.

Marleau on the other hand is hopeless, unless the Leafs win the Cup this year and he retires and the Leafs move his cap hit.

Nylander alone for Pesce and Bean is right on value, although I don't think it's necessary and wouldn't do it (but Dubas might). You can spend $2M on other defensemen in better ways, plus I don't think you're getting Connolly for that.
