this is terrible for BUF. On 7/1 when Panarin and Bob leave were left with one bottom 6 fwd and a 3rd rounder for all these assests??? Sabres arent winning the cup this year no sense in trading so much for a couple rentals

If Buffalo had a chance to sign Bob and Bread this would be a great trade. IMO Betterall would pass and try to sign them in the off season if he really wanted them. I do not believe that he will trade a first for a rental this year. Most Sabre fans were sent into a frenzy after the 10 game winning streak, but if one compares their top 5 players with nearly any other playoff contender, our top 5 is not as good as theirs.
