The Carolina trade is garbage. Dougie Hamilton is clearly a cancer because effective young RHD don't get bounced around like this. Also, Pilut has the best Corsi 5-on-5 of all Sabres right now (WGR Schoop&Bulldog). Pretty much meaning that when we are at even strength and Pilut touches the puck it is the Sabres best chance of generating a scoring chance rather than giving one up. There is literally no good reason for us to even consider trading him.
