No, He is worth a 2nd but when I add in a 3rd for STL's 1st it makes the value even. STL is one of the top 3 teams in the west, talent wise, and everyone should be scared of them in the playoffs. They might just make the finals if Binnington keeps playing decent hockey.

They should finish the year either 2nd or 3rd in their division, meaning they would have to defeat Nashville and Winnipeg 4 times in the span of 2 weeks for each team. The Preds and Jets have better offense and defense than the Blues, the Blues defense isn't deep enough to stop both those offenses, and all that's left is a goalie who will have 30 something games of experience by season's end. It will be very hard for STL to make it out of their division.

I don’t care how you frame it, Gudas is NOT worth a 1st round pick in ANY scenario. Ghost is a damn good young Dman but he isn’t worth 2 1st round picks. You would get a 1st, a roster player and a few prospects for him.
