Is curtis Lazar your buddy or something? He is an ahl player and you keep trading for him and putting him with eichel. He has struck out with 2 teams

Hes a lot better than shows, his advanced stats were always pretty good he just never was used properly, and he is a great skater, fast - he is prime to be an utter steal, and Eichel gets the best out of players. He also asked to go to the AHL to work on his game, which shows maturity too. Hes been mishandled, he took the year to better himself, and he'd be cheap - its worth giving him a 2 month shot in a top 6 roster spot. Besides they're only sitting Okposo, who statistically has been holding this team down.

Ryan Getzlaf has been in Anaheim his entire career, No way he's leaving Southern California for frigid Buffalo.

How do you have Johan Larsson scratched? He's been 1 of our top 5 players for the past couple of weeks.

Guy is super talented.

What Larsson are you watching? Like hes good at faceoffs and plays hard, but super talented, thats way too far. Hes also an average at best skater. Besides hes not even scratched, he was part of the Anahiem deal

He isn't part of the Anaheim deal. Also for what he is paid and for how much he gets for ice time he certainly earns the right to be on the Sabres even when they become a good team

He's not easily replaceable. I couldn't stand him last season, but he has been great this year

83.4% DZ starts with a 50.1 Corsi, that means he starts his ice time in the Defensive Zone yet manages to get more shots on goal than he allows. That is insane. To put this in perspective Eichel has 63.2 OZ starts with a 50.3 Corsi. Larsson takes the tough face offs and gets the puck out of the defensive zone. He with Girgensons have lifted the PK to 7th in the league. I agree, he plays a critical role on the team. He provides different talent at a decent cap hit.

As you pointed out his performance the last five games is crazy, he won nearly 67% of his face offs in that period. Historically he heats up in the second half of the season.
