Murray should be traded soon also he will want at least $6 million aav and he’s an average goalie worth about $4.5-$5 a season. Kessel also needs to go

Nyquist isn't worth the 1st in that trade. And they would never pay what they are paying here for Ferland.

The market on Ferland was basically a 2nd. Carolina said they would keep him. OK, no problem. People won't over pay for him. If they start coughing up 1st it will be for Panarin, Stone, or MD.
Everyone else is on a lower tier.

I can't get behind this. You're acquiring two UFA's that the team probably can't afford.
The most likely 2019-20 lines after these trades would be something like:

Guentzel - Crosby - Bjugstad
Rust - Malkin - Kessel
Blueger - McCann - Hornqvist
ZAR and a revolving door of ahl players

I'd honestly rather keep Pearson and Simon
