The canes get a 50 point left handed defenseman who could also help there power play for there playoff run evening out there left and right side that they could resign if they like the fit. They get a top 9 forward with great defense and some offense that’s signed for a couple of year and then still have control after. They get a first rounder next year. And I also said they may need to add a prospect or another pick to sweeten the pot. They’d be giving up a forward that probably isn’t going to sign with them anyway or he probably would have already. Maybe they change to one of the other right handed defenseman.
