Oilers need a change, since firing P.C.. we now seek for a GM if im correct Steve Yzerermen is still available??

So trading Talbot to the sens for nilsson is pretty good, Talbot needs a new start... nilsson can play with a team that can try and make a push, even though they are out by 8 pts for the last wildcard?

PoolParty is also in that trade, to see if the sens can try to get his confidence back to him and be that player whom he was drafted as... and he can play with tkachuk on the 2nd

Detroit gets manning cause now they have two players who can kick players ass for dissing em...

Oilers see that they can call up Ethan Bear, and Caleb Jones back to the NHL, and be paired up on the 3rd pairing.. cause they have played together in the AHL and have been successful!

And Matthew Benning can be our 7th d

Dzingle can probably have a career year on McDavids wing, while Draisaitle can have RNH for his wing and they can put pts up! While on McDavids line he has reider on his rw... who looks like he is going to have a scoreless season... nice job P.C.... bad signing...

First of all learn how to spell your dream GMs name and second of all Petrovic stinks.. no team is claiming Manning who is mostly known for destroying McDavids Calder year which is sad..

Yzerman would end up in Detroit.

Sadly, Steve Yzerman, at age 53, would be an improvement to many of the players currently playing for the Oil.

Sorry, dude. Stevie Y is unlikely to make it to Edmonton. Read the St. Louis papers and/or listen to the info leaks. Doug Armstrong has hinted that he's interested in the Oilers job, and now that they hired his best friend and the only coach he seems to get along with, I'd be willing to bet he goes to Edmonton. It's all over our news. As far as I'm concerned (and a lot of other St. Louisans too), good riddance. The master of stupid contract extensions can work on extending Lucic for another three seasons.

Yzerman isn't leaving Tampa for that dumpster fire of a team in Edmonton. He's already said that he's going home to Detroit full time. Which only means one thing. He's taking over as GM in Detroit when Ken Holland leaves for the Seattle expansion team.
