Description

We don't need a forward upgrade. I thought we could use a 2LW but with Schenn moving the wing, not anymore. The current lines have good chemistry, and we have a very solid 7 defenseman. Guys like Maroon, and bouwmeester are worth keeping since we most likely will make the playoffs. I would like to see the Blues acquire a veteran goalie in case Binnington chokes in the playoffs. Elliott was huge for us in the 2016 playoff run to the 3rd round. Removing Allen's contract wont be easy though.

Allen's contract is only through one more year if I remember correctly. I don't think the Blues would have to throw in a 3rd to make this deal. Blais is pretty darn good.

It's a 3 Year Contract left. so 2 years would be after the season.
