I used the wrong word sure, but compared to what people thought you probably could have got a different guy instead because other players are doing way better at the moment that have been playing better than Hischier has, so yes sort of when you have other players including Heiskanen, and Pettersson both playing better than Hischier has.

Hischer is better then any c on the Blues right now, say what you want about ROR and Schenn, when Nico’s in his prime he’s gonna embarrass them. Parayko is great, but him and a 1st isn’t worth Nico, let alone adding butcher.

Good, Blues don't want to give Parayko up. You don't want to screw anything up when you have 10 wins in a row. I said Hichier and Butcher because you have to wow us otherwise it's called UNTOUCHABLE. If you have ever heard of the saying. Maybe not maybe you just don't pay attention enough and only want to talk sh*t, maybe that's why the first BBDB died.

Hischier is the last thing we want or need. We have enough Centers, and I would rather take Parayko than Butcher.

To me, Parayko-Nico would be close to 1-for-1 value similar to how Johannsen-Jones deal was done....not exact..but close...

in that deal...RJ was 2yrs older and both still had unfulfilled potential.

In this deal...CP is 5yrs older than NH....but as a result..he's a much better player today, IMO..than NH is....but that can change over the next few years. NH is a 1C now because of a lack of better options...CP is a 2RHD now only because he a Pietrangelo ahead of him.

So what's worth more to each team...a 60pt centre or a 1RHD? (I'm forecasting NH at a 60pt pace the next few seasons)...to me, value is close and depends on either team's needs.
