I can't decide if the Rangers trade is fair. A 1st is involved regardless, but I think they want a better prospect. All those guys are NHL replacement level guys and I think have reached close to their potential (Bowey is the only one I think has a higher ceiling).

I just think this deadline could be crazy. Kreider is having a great year, isn't expensive, and has a year left. In a way, he has better pure value than anyone on the reported market since there are so many high-talent rentals. I just think Rangers get more.

Overpayment by Caps. Zacha is fine, but he's at best a good middle 6 guy. A Luca+Gersich+2nd can get you a guaranteed top 6 player.

I think youre right and I think hes a lifetime ranger. I don't see them moving him unless we overpay by a lot. I think Stephenson is a player that would intrigue them......you can probably just trade bowey and a 1st (maybe less) for zucc

I think Zucc goes for a 2nd and a good prospect/young player. I think 1sts will be reserved for big fish (i.e. Panarin, Stone, Duchene, etc).
