yeah that's laughable. They think because there is no state income tax. But FL has other taxes. It's not like all those state services pay for themselves.

I'll say it, Kilhorn and Palat waive their NTCs just so are CapFriendly gurus can magically sign UFAs. Of all the teams that can't take any more cap is Anaheim. They would absolutely no use for Callaghan and probably even Kilhorn.

Lol Tampa's tax benefit has already shown how much less $ players are willing to take to play here. Not to mention the additional pay cuts that players like point and panarin will accept in order to play, AND STAY, on a winning teamwink The teams I sent killorn, palat, miller, callahan to are irrelevant, and it doesn't matter if we lost them all for 0 picks or players coming back... Trading away successful NHL players won't be a challenge lmao. But the team I created still has enough left over cap to pay point and panarin an extra mil each if needed. But I don't think they will, they're not dumb, they realize that this is a winning team that's in the midst of crunching numbers in order to keep the core guys in Tampa. Stamkos got 8.5m, Palat 5.3m, Miller 5.25m, Johnson 5m, Gourde 5.16m, killorn 4.45m, and kuch is just now jumping from his 4.76m to his new 9.5m contract. So yea, I think 7m is very reasonable for proven studs that want to join the best team in the NHL. But like I said, we'd have 2.5m in cap space if not.

you're about 2-3 million off per player on what you think they will accept. Good luck with any of those trades to make cap space

Lol anyone that think's the suggested salaries are "low balls", needs to peep the salaries of our current star players... We've already taken advantage of the tax benefit, now the success of the team is even more reason for a "team friendly deal" to be signed.
