I'm a wings fan and I really have gotten off the "trade as many players as possible" bus. Jensen and Howard will resign on fair deals, and LGD isn't making that much. Nyquist should really be the only one moved as it stands now, unless some team will take Daley. And that's still only if you can net at least a 2nd plus prospect or another pick. We have a lot of picks and have a logjam on defense in GR, with a couple potential top-6 wings only a year or two away (Veleno, Zadina).

I hear ya.. However I'd move Nyquist and Jensen. We gotta make room for Chow and Hronek next year. Especially if Kronner decides to come back.

Are people saying he wants to stay another year? I hadn't heard anything either way... kinda just assumed he'd retire lol

2nd round pick at least. Buying in bulk nets a discount.

Howard would end up resigning in the offseason anyways even after a trade. Like you said there is already a logjam in GR you gotta make room by getting rid of Jenson/Kronwall. Like it or not we’re stuck with Ericsson/DeKeyser. We are rebuilding and need as many draft picks we can get our hands on

I think everyone thought that. But he was telling the media last week he feels good and his knee feels good. Look at his play this year, phenomenal for his age and play history. Also, Redmond mentioned he thinks Kronner will return next year.
