Veteran netminder who has usually provided above average work at any level of play. He has been off much of this year and, frankly, I thought he may have retired. But as it happens it looks like he has the energy to give it another kick at the can (or puck). Provides the Canucks with depth at the NHL and AHL levels, and they’ll likely need him at both levels, possibly even into the playoffs (as Utica has had a good fun of late).

This is not a 35+ contract as it is not multi-season.

Also, if it was, there would be no logical reason to specify a $200K minors salary.
