there is no chance Turris goes back to Ottawa after his comments about Melynk. They would never try to trade for him and he would never play for them again

I think this looks good for both teams. Only question is would Turris want to come back?

Trade for Bonino rather than Turris. Also Ottawa could use Fabbro more than Tolvanen

Fiala, is my guess, struggling and hes really not that good so hes perfect trade for target. Plus you arent getting Preds top prospect a 1st 2nd and a roster player for Duchene. Roll back the values on the prospect and player with only 1 draft pick...then you are in rental territory

If Dorion could pull something off like this he would deserve executive of the year, but it is very creative! So in the end it would be eight pieces in return for Duchene. I think the return will be pretty good because he will be able to play Nash. off of Win, but I don't think it will be that good. Well done though!

The reason Turris is in the trade is that Nashville would be able to resign Dushene afterwards. Thats why the price is so high cause it would not juste be a rental.

you are missing the point. Ottawa would never ask for Turris. They have enough issues in their own having to trade the 3 in Dzingel, Stone, and Duchene, they arent going to try to flip Turris at the deadline with those 3 already needing to be moved
