2 1sts, 4 cost controlled players, Sheary and ZG are solid NHL players, Beaulieu is a good depth D, two high upside prospects. And going off of the rumors/speculation that Florida wants to move them and make a play for Bob/Panarin

Not going to move Huberdeau. Guys like Hoffman, Brassard, Riley, Mcginn, Brouwer, Malgin, Reimer, and Psysk are available

Yeah but they give up a 1st liner, a 2nd liner and 2x mid to early 2nds for 2x 3rd liners, 2x mid to late firsts a bottom pairing D and 2 depth prospects

That would be like Skinner, Reinhart and 2 nds for Bryan Rust, Jared McCann, 2x 1sts, Callen Addison and Filip Hallender with Pens. I mean, you'd have to be pretty convinced that you got Panarin and Bobrovsky and that no one else would pay fair value for your players

1st and Nylander is ~ fair for a player like Huberdeau.
1st and Guhle is ~ fair for Hoffman.
Florida isn't a cap team. Cost controlled NHL contributers are valuable to a team like Florida who has 12 skaters under contract next year, and their average cap hit is > 4 mill AAV.

And yes.. as stated this assumes they are rebuilding/retooling to go after big names this off-season which has been widely reported. Given that I'd give up our top prospect in Nylander, a 1st, and 3 guys I wouldn't move if we were contending to get Huberdeau, obviously I don't think he's a player that you should let go. But rumors are rumors and that's fair value for him.
