It would also help if he put 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 instead of $2 and $3.

Honestly I think why it's not working for you to retain is because you ****ed it up because you don't understand the rules. I assume $2 means 2 million which isn't possible because it's more than 50% of Zack Smiths contract. I bet you just gave up after that because you should have been able to retain 3M on Stone. Here's to you getting smarter in the future and knowing the actual rules instead of blaming it on the site as you can't retain more than 50% of a players salary in a single trade which would mean the site wouldn't let you calculate a 2M retain on Smith which is correct.
