I can kind of see what you were going for, but GMIHCBM (General Manager Interim Head Coach Bob Murray) is pinning the hopes of this franchise on the kids being good. So I would imagine he'd rather eat his left testicle raw than trade away arguably the best of the prospects to rid himself of the last year of Eaves.

As much as I like the signing of Myers, and I have talked about this with my buddy at the games, I just dont think it would work. Now, getting him to be fowlers mainstay would be nice. Finding a D partner for Fowler is a must.

If the Ducks had to get rid of Eaves, they would trade a pick rather than Terry. Or another prospect. $3 mil isnt really a major cap dump to get rid of one of the top prospects in the ORG.

But from an outsiders perspective, good job. I like it for sure.

Yikes. Didn't realize he was still hyped up as he is. I made a few trades for him last year, I thought he was an under the radar prospect. I figured, since he's struggled translating points to the NHL, he was turning into a Pirri type. My appolgies! I'll **edit. Terry is the 3rd star of the week. He found his confidence in SD this season and learned to be strong on the puck and along the boards. The names you mentioned plus terry are the keys to this retool. Don’t see any of them going anywhere.
