anderson > burakovsky with a great contract., while Burakovsky has to be qualified at $3mil to even retain RFA status. WSH needs to add here.

Is Burakovsky worth that much?

I would LOVE to get Anderson, he's Tom Wilson lite, but don't think CBJ will move him unless it's for a great deal. Ultimately I think Bura can be 50+ point player but there aren't many Anderson's out there.

No I dont think so. Washington has been trying to trade him all year. Reality might have to set in with what the return will be.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha not a snowball's chance in hell. Anderson is worth much more than that. He's one of our best goal scorers. And if we miss the playoffs, we'll be even more motivated to hold onto him, because, y'know, he's an excellent young player.

hes playing much better since the start of the new year.....something like a .5ppg guy. that being said his value isnt this....he might be able to get us Virtanen

also if the capitals were "trying to trade him all year" he would have been traded.....just saying

I suggested this trade before the season started when they had similar values but Anderson value has only gone up. hes having a fantastic year

his name has been out there all season in Rumours by Friedman and the gang...either the price tag was too high or there wasnt the interest for him. So maybe tryign to trade him was the wrong phrase....he has been available or on the market all year
