How not? Read up on Mitts and you will see that he is a better prospect than most of those players you listed. It's his first year in the NHL and he is playing with 4th line forwards as his wingers.

He was put in a decent spot to start with. The issue was that he was one of the worst producers in the league considering his ice time and how a huge chunk of it was on the power play. Also I didn't list any prospects, I just commented that I personally think Cirelli/Joseph has done more with similar talent in Tampa. (Yes, I know they have better players in Tampa, but they've also played further down in the heirarchy and less on the pp). Has he slowly been better? Yes, but he's still being very much outproduced by both, even though Joseph plays considerably less in all situations.
I have them Cirelli >> Joseph >= Mittelstadt

As of now, Cirelli and Joeseph are better than Mittelstadt. Obviously I think Mitts will be a great player but he's just not at that point yet. Both Joeseph and Cirelli are everyday NHL forwards playing in the bottom 6 and they excell in their roles

Anyone can have their reasons for believing that Casey has a higher seiling or whatever, but fpr me I'd rather have Cirelli than Mittelstadt on my team
