Zero interest from Chicago. Hornqvist is already declining and has too much term. You dont keep players like Lucic, Richards, Simmonds, and Hornqvist long term past 30 and having Hornqvist essentially payed 6 million is god awful.

Saad+ for Dumoulin is something the hawks would consider, not Saad for Horny and a tweener goalie prospect.

you high.

I laugh at the idea that Horny is in "decline"
dude has a bone broken in his hand from taking a puck off his wrist and everyone want to be, oh he's done.

Debrincat is on pace for 40 goals at 21 years old. No thanks.

I never said he's in decline, Saad will just cost more than an older player with less skill and a goalie prospect that couldn't crack the line up for 3 seasons now.

Saad is possibly top-10 over rated players in the NHL. At the same cap hit no GM would take Saad over Hornqvist.

I never said you did. I referenced you in regards to your trade, in which you are high as a kite if you think that is a fair trade.

Saad has the abilities to score 30 goals... Just saying. And retention on him only drives up the price more.

Saad is gonna be 27 years old, been in the league for 7 years and had one luck season where he cracked )31) goals mostly riding on other players. He sucks. Hell CBJ laughed their ass off at Chicago fans for trading for him and that horrible contract. I don't care much of that contract you retain. He's not worth anything close to what you are asking. A 1st line defense man for a 3rd line winger, horny and good goalie and pick,... whatever. Put the meth down.

Saad is an elite two way forward. And Dumoulin is an elite shut down defenseman at the same age. He has much more discipline than Hornqvist and is younger than Hornqvist. Chicago will need a better offer than that to pry a top 6 F out of their line up. Notice how I mentioned "Saad+" in my initial comment. Hawks may have to add, but it'll cost Dumoulin. Pens won't do that and they shouldn't, hence why Saad to Pittsburgh makes no sense.

Something no one ever said.
I stopped reading right there. I can't take you seriously with that.
