That's great because MTL wouldn't do it too...

And Klefbom isn't the kind of Dmen that we'd like for Drouin

I am sure Montreal would be willing to entertain offers for Drouin, but they're not about to sell damaged goods at a low price. Drouin is an underachiever, but he's not a distraction like Galchenyuk was. He is working hard and trying to break the bad habits that are undermining his game. Would a different team help him? Maybe. It would probably help Klefbom too. But people would be wrong to think that Montreal (GM, coach, teammates and fans) have given up on Drouin. There's a lot there, just not yet consistently so.

That's an easy no from MTL. Come back to us when Klefbom proves he can actually stay healthy for a significant amount of time.

Also dont know how people are so low of Drouin, everyone knows what he is, he is an offensive winger, about to set a career high in points this year and will probably stay around this 60-70 point range for his career, dont see how that's a horrible fate for a team, especially since his contract is so reasonable

I like Klefbom and would take him on my team any day but as long as he continues to only be able to stay healthy 75% of the time, he's only 75% valuable as people think. Now Drouin may not be playing well lately but he's still on pace to have career highs across the board, stays healthy every year and is still pretty young which people sometimes forget. His problem isn't staying healthy like Klefbom, its simply maturing. IMHO maturing is something easier to do then not get injured.

Klefbom has been battling injuries the last few years, for sure. But Drouin has only played 78% of the games in his career too - he's no ironman either.

?? He's played over 70+ games every year and most of those games not played have been scratches not injuries. The only year he was significantly injured was in 14-15 but the amount of games he played is deceiving. He spent a good chunk of the time in the AHL and as a healthy scratch.

I don't think you can quiet compare the the two as both injury prone players.
